When your reservation is approved, % down-payment of the total amount of the order has to be paid to provided bank account, as confirmation of your arrival and acceptance of all terms and conditions provided on this site.

Reservations with delayed or not paid in full down-payments
If you do not pay down-payment in timely fashion or if it’s paid partially, we have the right to cancel your reservation / change order conditions.
Remainder payment for your reservation
The remaining payment is paid with cash directly to the service provider when you arrive at the location or via bank transfer in advance to the specified bank account.
Check-in: from 3 PM (15:00), Check-out: until 11 AM (11:00)
You need to let the property know what time you’ll be arriving in advance.
Cancel reservation
You may cancel your reservation 21 or more days before your arrival free of charge. Down-payment will be refunded to your bank account.
If you cancel your reservation later, down-payment is not refundable.
